We want you to be completely satisfied with BCILattice. If you are not happy within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plan subscribers (Researcher & Lab) are protected by a full 7-day refund window from the date of their first payment. No partial refunds — you get 100% back.

Eligible for refund

  • First-time subscribers on the Researcher plan ($15/mo)
  • First-time subscribers on the Lab plan ($99/mo)
  • Upgrades — the 7-day window resets when you move to a higher plan tier
  • 6-month and annual plans — 7-day window applies from each renewal date

Not eligible

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has passed
  • Accounts already refunded once on the same plan tier
  • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service
  • Free plan — no payment is taken, no refund applies
  • Institution / Enterprise plans — governed by your individual contract

How to request a refund

Send a refund request to billing@bcinexus.io from the email address on your account. Include your account email and order details.

2We review within 24 hours

Our team verifies your eligibility (active subscription, within 7-day window) and approves the refund.

3Refund is issued

The refund is processed and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.

4Access ends immediately

Once refunded, your subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the Free plan. Your published Community Hub content is not affected.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I am outside the 7-day window?

We cannot issue refunds after 7 days. You may still cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

I was billed for a renewal — can I get a refund?

Yes, the 7-day window applies to each renewal charge on 6-month and annual plans. Contact billing@bcinexus.io within 7 days of the renewal date.

What happens to my data after a refund?

Your local files, trained models, and downloaded data are yours and remain on your machine. Cloud data is preserved for 90 days, after which storage limits are enforced.

Can I get a refund and re-subscribe later?

Yes, but the money-back guarantee applies only once per plan tier. A second subscription to the same plan is not eligible for a refund.

I have a billing dispute — what should I do?

Email billing@bcinexus.io before initiating a chargeback. We resolve all disputes promptly and a chargeback may result in account suspension.
