These are the third-party services BCINexus uses to operate the platform. Each is engaged under written terms consistent with our Data Processing Addendum and receives only the data needed for its purpose. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Payments
Paddle
Checkout, subscription billing, tax handling. BCINexus never stores raw card numbers.
Data involved: Name, email, billing details, transaction records
Cloud infrastructure
Hosting provider (to be published after business approval)
Application hosting, storage, backups, and reliability for BCINexus cloud features.
Data involved: Account data and content you upload to cloud features
Email delivery
Email provider (to be published after business approval)
Transactional email: verification, password resets, billing notices, support replies.
Data involved: Name, email address, message content
Analytics & monitoring
Analytics / error-reporting provider (to be published after business approval)
Product reliability, usage measurement, crash and error reporting.
Data involved: Technical telemetry: device, browser, IP address, usage events
When we add or replace a subprocessor that handles personal data, we will update this page before the change takes effect and, where required, provide notice so you can object. Enterprise customers with signed DPAs receive change notifications under the terms of their agreement.
